Brainspotting
What is it?
Brainspotting is a relational brain-body focused mindfulness based therapy. This technique accesses information we can’t reach with talking alone. Brainspotting involves free association of thoughts/memories, etc. that come up while observing body sensations. Brainspotting uses neuroscience findings that "where you look affects how you feel." Our body is always looking to heal and the information needed is not always accessible within the mind.
The potential for Brainspotting is unlimited and can help with symptoms including but not limited to:
Why it is important
With the use of Brainspotting I have seen the incredible power of the mind to conquer pain, overcome childhood trauma and heal emotional wounds. Habitual behavior is a function of the subconscious mind. Most of our habits are automatic. The most important thing to know is that habits can be changed if you are ready to make the change.
How I can help
I strongly believe that you already have the resources you need to create the life that you want and I am passionate about helping all my clients to live more fulfilling, happier, healthier lives. You can achieve your greatest potential and transform your dreams into reality. I am dedicated to providing calm, reassuring help and I will always provide the highest quality service possible.
