The Virtual Gastric Band (VGB) technique has helped my clients break long standing habits around food and dieting. The Virtual Gastric Band

This technique utilizes the concept of a “virtual” gastric band.  It is a non-surgical technique which uses the power of hypnosis to retrain you to be satisfied with smaller amounts of food.  It redirects how you think about food and gives you very safe, very predictable results. The process creates an effect that the stomach is full after a certain amount of intake, and that there is no need for more food. Typically there are four sessions that deal with food, emotions and the desired change you are ready to make, with support following.

Ramona booked her first VGB session October 1, 2013, she went through all four sessions ending with the forth on November 9, 2013.  As of November 11, 2013 she has lost 12 pounds. She continues to lose weight at a safe and effective speed and has increased her healthy eating. New healthy patterns of exercise and eating have been established with no invasive surgery or dieting. She is designing her new shape and size.
